WHAT'S ON TAP NOW
SMACK — IPA
5.2 abv — 56 ibu — An AMMO version of a light west coast IPA that's easy to drink with a light citrusy hop profile and just the right amount of hop bite without the aftertaste. Think Two-Hearted but easier.
6-ROW MOSAIC — IPA
5.5 abv — 72 ibu — A totally local brew using 6-Row barley grown and malted right here in Prince George at Longleaf Farms by Tony Kvasnicka. This has become my "go to" summer drinking beer.
WALTMAN'S WIT — Wit bier
4.5 abv — 18 ibu — Sunshine in a glass... this light and refreshing wit (white) beer is great in multiples or accompanying just about any food you like. Drink it while it's cold and crisp. Were planning to have this one on the entire summer.
THE UNDERMINER — Grissette
5.0 abv — 18 ibu — A historical style from the early/mid 20th century, the Grisette was a light un-spiced beer served to miners when they came out of the mines. It’s basically a light saison style ale that’s the closest thing to a pilsner we make.
BLACK RACER — Coffee and Cream Stout
4.5 abv — 45 ibu — A sessionable coffee and cream stout made with the best locally roasted coffees from Blanchards Roasters in Richmond, cold brewed to prevent bitterness. Black Racer is a creamy slow-sipping summer beer with enough weight to carry it through a hard cold winter of drinking in front of the fire.
$8.9 abv — 90 ibu — This big IPA is built on a base of German pilsner malts giving it a slightly sweet flavor. We brew this IPA with seven hop additions added through the two hour boil, then we give it the conditioning time it needs to become super smooth and easy to drink. [the brewer's favorite] - ***back on later this week
LITTLE MONSTER IMPERIAL — Imperial IPA

MARY ANN'S BANE — Ginger Saison
6.3 abv — 22 ibu — A bright summer saison with a good bitter ginger background and a hint of basil. If you like Rosemary's Baby, give this one a try. You'll find it quite refreshing on a hot Summer afternoon.
ROSEMARY’S BABY — Herbed Saison
9.3 abv — 21 ibu — It takes its deep golden color from Belgian blonde ales but layers in herbs from the AMMO garden built around a heavy dose of rosemary and lemon thyme. A bright refreshing start and a dry crisp finish define this innovative take on a traditional summer beer. Variations on this beer will be offered at different times, throughout the year, featuring a range of fresh herbs and seasonings available in our garden seasonally.
GOSE WITHOUT SAYING — GOSE
4.4 abv — 12 ibu — Gose is another historical beer style originally brewed in Gose Germany and popular in the early 20th c. Gose is a salt mine area, so the water is naturally salty. This beer’s flavor profile is centered around the subtle salt flavors, a bit of corriander, and the sour Montmorrancy cherries we’ve added to sharpen it up a bit. It’s a refreshing beer that sits well with people who say they are “not beer drinkers.”
BLOODY GOSE — BLOOD ORANGE GOSE
4.4 abv — 12 ibu — A nice tart but balanced gose' with a slightly reddish hue. Subtle salt notes in the background heighten the tart flavors in contrast to the moment of orange on the lips just before it finishes.
MEYER GOSE — MEYER LEMON GOSE
4.4 abv — 12 ibu — A good sour gose' (not quite as pocketable as our lime version). Nice and bright with a dose of tangy meyer lemon for a good sour kick.
CURLY TAIL BROWN ALE — American Brown Ale
8.0 abv — 49 ibu — A American brown ale with just a hint of honey and light sweetness leading to a dry and refreshing finish.
UDDER EXPLOSION — Milk Stout
7.0 abv — 45 ibu — A crisp and bright cream stout with plenty of body - a surprisingly refreshing summer brew.
$6.8 abv — 30 ibu — We send fresh orange zest, Indian corriander, and star anise into the boil on this medium weight pale ale. Don’t let the color fool you. Many Belgian pale ales are quite dark in color. You’ll find this to be a complex but very drinkable ale where the spices inform the flavor without being overpowering.
